Property search data. Our listings and search features are powered by IDX Broker, a third-party platform that displays listings from the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS). When you search for properties, save listings, or create alerts, that activity is processed by IDX Broker and may be shared with us so we can follow up with you about your home search.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries and provide the real estate services you request, send you property information, listing alerts, and updates you have asked for, contact you by phone, text, or email about your inquiry when you have consented to be contacted, operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our services, understand how visitors use the Site so we can make it more useful, and comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising. (If we ever add advertising tools that involve sharing data for those purposes, we will update this policy and provide any opt-out the law requires.) Text Messaging and Phone Consent
If you provide your phone number and check the consent box on our contact form, you agree that Jake Ryan Realty may contact you by phone, text, or email about your inquiry and related real estate services. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency varies based on your activity and may be recurring. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply HELP for help and reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. After you opt out, you may receive one confirmation message. You can also ask us to stop contacting you by emailing us at the address below. We do not share your phone number or mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.
